2.1 Debt Advisors Canada Ltd provides debt relief solutions, including but not limited to:
--> Debt consolidation
--> Debt management
--> Stopping wage garnishment
--> Relief from harassment calls
2.2 We assist with managing various unsecured debts, such as payday loans, income tax collection, credit cards, lines of credit, personal loans, and overdraft loans.
2.3 DACL isnot a Licensed Insolvency Trustee (LIT)firm and does not provide services under the Bankruptcy & Insolvency Act. Cases requiring bankruptcy assistance are referred to a Licensed Insolvency Trustee.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Our services are available to individuals residing in Canada who meet the following criteria:

Have unmanageable debt of $10,000 or more.Are experiencing financial hardship, such as high credit card debt, payday loan struggles, wage garnishment, or creditor harassment.3.2 By using our website or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.
